1st & 2nd shift CMM Operator (Newington)
1st & 2nd shift Quality Inspector (Newington)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
CMM Programmer
Responsible for planning and conducting activities related to the maintenance of the Quality System including software control and CMM Program validation/correlation.
Focus on generating CMM programs based on engineering data in each online and offline capacity using CAD models and/or blueprints.
Optimizing the utilization of our CMM department for the inspection of product.
Perform product inspections as a working member of the QA & Inspection Team.

CMM Operator & Inspector
Set-up and operate CMMs to perform inspections with proven programs in support of in-process production and final inspection.
Perform manual bench inspections as required utilizing conventional layout inspection techniques and equipment.

Qualifications:
(REQUIRED FOR CMM PROGRAMMERS ONLY)
Ability to program and operate our Brown & Sharp DEA, Scirroco or Global CMM's with PC-DMIS and/or Quindos based software.
Must be able to program off-line with PC-DMIS using UG solid models.

(REQUIRED FOR ALL CMM OPERATORS & INSPECTOR POSITIONS)
Aerospace inspection tolerance experience required.
Excellent metrology skills, proficient with reading blueprints, GD&T interpretation and application, working knowledge of SPC, and the ability to analyze and summarize data into a management format.
Proficient in Quality Engineering skills relating to system maintenance and ISO reporting.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
