Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production processes Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines Monitor production output and quality to meet customer specifications and standards Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions Train and mentor manufacturing staff to enhance their skills and performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues Maintain accurate production records and reports
Experience:
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively Bachelor's degree is preferred Note:
